As little as fifteen years ago Nuevo Vallarta was just an oasis of untouched white sandy beaches. Nestled between Puerto Vallarta and Bucerias, Nuevo Vallarta had very few residents because, despite the beauty, it had not yet been developed. It was necessary to navigate dusty roads and jungle terrain before reaching miles of pristine white sandy beaches and the beautiful waters of the Pacific Ocean teeming with whales, dolphins and a plentiful sea life. Nearby you will also find three 18-hole championship golf courses- El Tigre, the Mayan Palace and Flamingo’s. In Puerto Vallarta you will find the Marina Vallarta golf course as well as the two Vista Vallarta golf courses, home of the 2002 World Golf Championship.
